How long does it take for my order to ship?
We generally ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Your order willl be created once we recieve the label, and you will recieve tracking after we ship it.
Why do some computers not have an onboard WiFi option?
Some of our builds do not come with an onboard WiFi option due to the fact that the non-wifi variant is significantly cheaper and we are able to pass all the savings down to you as the customer. This extra savings would allow you as the customer to find a WiFi adaptor that would offer better performance than the standard onboard WiFi solution.
Do you offer further customized builds other than what is offered on your website?
Currently, no additional customizations are available aside from our pre-selected components that you can select when you purchase a PC. Future plans include expanding customization options.

No Display or Blank Screen
If you're booting your computer and there is no display/blank screen, make sure to check if the monitor is plugged in. Furthermore, check to see if the display cable is connected to the GPU not to the motherboard. Most of our builds do not come with an integrated graphics but rather a dedicated graphics solution such as a GPU. Finally, if the there is still no display, please contact us so that we can offer additional support in troubleshooting your computer's error.
Clicking sound from the Case and/or CPU fans
If your computer is making clicking sounds from the Case or CPU fans, this may be the result of cable rub. During assembly we try our best to cable manage your build so that there are no lose cables however, if you are experiencing cable rub you may try these steps.
- Power down your system and unplug the power cable.
- Open up your system by removing the glass panel.
- Locate the fan or cable that is experiencing cable rub.
- From there, you can try shifting or moving the cable out of the way.
- Place the glass panel back onto your build
- Reconnect your power cable and power up your system.
If the noise still persists, you may repeat this procedure or contact us for additional support.
Why do my GPU fans stop spinning?
Modern day GPUs do not spin when the card is idling or does not reach a certain temperature. The fans will spin once you start gaming.
