Warranty Policy

Cost Plus Gaming warrants all prebuilt computers sold by the company to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the original purchase date. This warranty covers both parts and labor, with Cost Plus Gaming retaining sole discretion in determining coverage. Exclusions include software, hardware, external devices, accessories, or post-shipping additions, and Cost Plus Gaming is not liable for third-party program support or damage from user overclocking. Cost Plus Gaming is also not responsible for any data or software that was not originally supplied by us. Additionally, Cost Plus Gaming reserves the right to void the warranty of any PC that is found to have been used for cryptocurrency mining or any other reason at its discretion. Any part that is repaired or replaced under this warranty will, itself, be warranted only for the remainder of the warranty period of the original product being repaired or replaced. Defective parts must be returned back to Cost Plus Gaming unless otherwise specified. Cost Plus Gaming will not reimburse the customer for any out-of-pocket expenses incurred if the customer chooses to resolve any issues through an unauthorized third-party repair instead of Cost Plus Gaming providing the warranty service. In the event of a defect, Cost Plus Gaming will repair or replace the prebuilt computer at its discretion, free of charge excluding shipping or handling fees. Customers must contact Cost Plus Gaming's customer service department for warranty service, providing proof of purchase.
By purchasing a prebuilt computer from Cost Plus Gaming, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this limited warranty.
